Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

All domestic Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post from Melbourne, VIC. Our packages are shipped via Parcel Post. If you want your items ASAP, we recommend upgrading to Express Post for only $5.00 (available on orders $20.00 or above). 

Items ordered before 12PM AEST will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Please allow up to one business day for a tracking number to be issued.

In Stock Items

• Orders $20.00 or above are eligible for complimentary shipping via AusPost Parcel Post (tracking number included).
• Express Post is available on orders $20.00 or above for an additional $5.00
• Orders below $20.00 will only incur a $5 charge and be sent out via Australia Post Parcel Post

Backorder Items

Items which are currently on backorder will be shipped as per the estimated arrival date on the associated product page. We will do our best to keep you updated during each step of the order process.

International Orders

Orders will be packed and shipped via International Post (Australia Post) within 1-3 business days. You should expect your package to arrive within 7-10 business days in total with a tracking number provided.
