Google Fitbit Air Elevated Modern Bands

Swapping the band over

Take hold of the band on both sides of the tracker and press down firmly on its face until it releases from the cradle. Line the tracker up against the alignment marks on the new band and push until it clicks. Check it by tugging gently. A properly seated tracker will not move at all.

Position it on the top of the wrist, just behind the wrist bone, snug enough that it does not slide but with room to slip a finger underneath. The Air reads heart rate through the back of the tracker, so a band worn too loose will cost you accuracy whatever it is made of.
