Returns Reality

Skipping the boring yet necessary stuff below, here are some quick pointers!

If you happen to experience one of the following:

  • Ordered the wrong item/size
  • Item has failed or is defective
  • Change of mind

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 60 days. Unfortunately if more than 60 days has elapsed since the time of purchase we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (refer to 'Refunds' section below).

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at sales@ozstraps.com.au

We will of course cover the return shipping on these type of issues.

Return Shipping
For change of mind purchases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for a $10.00 shipment and handling fee to be deducted from your overall refund.

If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Incorrect / Invalid Shipping Addresses
When requesting a refund for purchases with an incorrect/invalid shipping address or a mistaken purchase returned for a refund, you will be responsible for a $10.00 shipment and handling fee to be deducted from your overall refund.

If you are looking to get your items reshipped, please shoot us an email at sales@ozstraps.com.au and we may be able to assist!

Refunds (if applicable)
We offer refunds if your product has incurred a manufacturing fault.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been issued with a refund but have yet to receive it, please contact your relevant financial institution with regards to any payment delays (e.g. PayPal, bank).

There is often some processing time involved before a refund is completed and available back into your selected method of payment. 

If you have completed this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ozstraps.com.au and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
