Love these things! They protect my watch face really well as I am very hard on my watches. This is my second one, the first one, after an altercation with a tractor, had 3 full face cracks- the watch beneath was untouched. They are unobtrusive, but give me peace of mind that I don't have to remove it every time I work outside

Did it’s job perfectly— with two kids (3yo and 1yo), scratches on my watch are a given… the glass protector has protected my watch face. All scratches/breaks that I’ve picked up so far are clearly in the glass protector and not on the watch face, so I am delighted! Was a worthwhile purchase and I plan to re-purchase when necessary, if it means it extends the life of my much loved Garmin.

the glass protector is a sacrificial protector that stops your watch from scratching. Potential damage to the watch is absorbed by the protector and means that replacement of the protector rather more expensive watch repairs or replacements are needed. A much cheaper alternative. No different to screen protectors for your mobile phone.

I have a garmin fenix 5s and while it is old it is good condition because of the screen protectors I have bought from Oz Straps. Despite my best efforts when I swim in the pool, collisions with the lane rope, the edge of the pool, or other swimmers is unavoidable. When in the surf, in the office or just in general use it is easy to accidentally hit something and after about 3 months of use the screen protector has suffered badly but not the watch. A new protector at less than 3% of the original watch value keeps it looking good.

These are extremely easy to apply and have saved the screen of my watch numerous times. I always order 2-3 of them as when they do crack (due to hard wearing of my watch) the glass shatters and comes off in shards. But I'd rather replace a $15.00 screen than my watch! Definitely worth having :)
