I love the band and how it looks etc but mine has a fault in it! After sending an email off, I am now waiting on the arrival of my new infinity and ordered another type as well. I cannot fault the after service I have received from the team, it has ticked all the boxes in my books. Every now and then we purchase a lemon/something faulty it’s called life but it’s what happens in the after sale care that you remember the most. Thank you for a great transaction.

Apart from having to take ages to get the plastic wrapping off the band after opening the package… once the band was on the watch it’s been great… only issue is finding the clasp at times to undo it… small and same colour as the rest of the band makes it hard to find at times. But other than that I love the band.

I do like it, but it is difficult to get the clasp done up. There is a very small hole to put the clasp through, and the clasp does not straighten out so it becomes a challenge to get it through that hole with one hand.
