R U OK is a public health promotion charity that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives.
Whether it’s at home or at work, asking the question, 'are you OK?' can make a real impact. We can all create a culture together where people feel confident asking and answering this simple yet important question.
In order to best support the cause, OzStraps donated $2 from every order placed on R U OK Day 2023 (14th September 2023).
