If you ever experience any issues — wrong size, incorrect item, change of mind, or a faulty product — simply email us at sales@ozstraps.com.au and we’ll look after you.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
  • Partial refunds may apply in certain cases (see the “Refunds” section)

To start a return, email us at sales@ozstraps.com.au.

We replace items that are:

  • Defective or faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly sent (wrong item received)

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact sales@ozstraps.com.au.

If the issue is on our end, we will cover all return shipping costs ✅

If you’ve simply changed your mind, no worries — we can usually still help within 60 days.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid shipping address, or due to a mistaken purchase:

  • Refunds will incur a $10 shipment and handling fee deducted from the total refund

If you would like your items reshipped, please email us at sales@ozstraps.com.au and we’ll assist where possible.

We offer refunds where a product has a confirmed manufacturing fault.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm:

  • That we have received your returned item
  • Whether your refund has been approved or rejected

Approved refunds are processed promptly and a credit is automatically applied to your original method of payment.

If you have been notified that a refund has been issued but you have not yet received it, please:

  • First check with your payment provider or financial institution (e.g. bank, PayPal)
  • Allow for standard processing times, as there can be delays before funds appear
