OzStraps COVID-19 Update

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support during these uncertain and difficult times. Our thoughts go out to all of you whom have been impacted by this unprecedented situation. 

ORDERS:
  • Our staff will continue to work hard to fulfil all orders on the same day when the purchase is made prior to 10AM AEST. Orders after this time will be fulfilled and sent out the next day.

SHIPPING:
  • To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels; be it at a post office or at a residence, will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.

AVAILABILITY:
  • We have a large amount of local stock available here in Melbourne.
  • In the event that an item is out of stock, a restock will occur within 1-2 weeks - rest assured there's no need to panic buy our watch bands :)

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
  • We are keeping our customer service team active working from home to answer any of your questions. 

RETURNS/WARRANTY:
  • Returns will be processed once per week, generally on Wednesday to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus.
