I am delighted with my new Apple watch band. I am even more delighted with the outstanding service I received from Jeff at OzStraps. After I had placed my order I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed Ozstraps telling them what I had done. Jeff replied very quickly, doubled checked the size of my watch and altered the order for me! Top marks to Jeff for his courtesy and attention to rectifying my error. I highly recommend this company for quality items and quality service.

Easy to install/attach and so easy to use. Good grip on closing. Well worth it.

I originally purchased the sports band which would not stay clipped into my Fitbit, while I raised this with OzStrap they addressed the issue promptly for me, providing me a refund voucher to order a new band. I had absolutely no issues with this band and it clips into my Fitbit securely and looks great.

A big improvement on the band that came with the Fitbit. The original band caused chafing, but the Ozstraps leather band is comfortable and skin has healed
